      The Battle      

            
Without a single thought of the danger to his own life, our hero mercilessly attacks
the evil rope that has been taunting him all through the long winter months.

The evil rope fights back, but to no avail as Sir Phil-a-lot boldly slashes
and cuts.  Finally, with a last blood curdling scream the rope
gives up the ghost and sullies off to the great ball of string in the sky.

                   
Victoriously, our man of the hour (actually it was about one minute, four seconds)
stands triumphantly next to his beaten foe, dauntlessly aware that the battle
will not be over until all foes have been vanquished.
What will our hero battle next?
Where will it all end?
